ZenGrab Capture

 

ZenGrab Capture is a key component of the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite.

Capture is the software module used in an ‘attended’ system that enables the Capture DVR to record the input from live CCTV cameras. It enables CEO’s that are monitoring the cameras to bookmark potential contraventions, creating enforcement clips which are in turn sent to the Render and Archive servers to serve as ‘working copies’ and ‘evidence copies’ respectively.

 

ZenGrab Capture has the additional funtionality that allows operators to input vehicle details at the time of the potential contravention. Though the operator may not always have the opportunity  to use this functionality during busy periods, during off-peak times the operator’s efficiency is improved and the time spent later at the review stage is reduced.
