ZENBRAB WEBVIEW

ZenGrab WebView is an online video review system designed to provide motorists with a method of viewing video and still image evidence, gathered by the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite in support of an issued Penalty Charge Notice.

ZenGrab WebView is our software application and service that allows online review of Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) supporting video and still image contravention evidence. The ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Solution stores all alleged contravention evidence in a secure encrypted Archive Server for possible historic reference should a case go to adjudication. ZenGrab WebView makes use of that evidence archive by copying, requested evidence and making it available on our cloud based evidence server in a Flash Video format.

When a PCN is issued the WebView website address www.viewmypcn.co.uk is printed on the paperwork. When the motorist visits the site they are asked to input their PCN number and vehicle registration details before the clip or still images are collected from the Archive Server and made available for viewing. The website can be skinned to resemble the local authorities own website or we can add the logo of the authority to enforce legitimacy.
