Zenco Systems Ltd  include a full Maintenance and Support package with every system sold. Our next day national service will ensure your ZenGrab system performs at maximum efficiency. Should for any reason the system fail to function properly, our engineers have VPN access to perform a diagnostic review, either correcting the fault, promoting the fault to our client’s IT department for network / server repair or initiating an engineer call-out to replace and/or repair faulty equipment.
