ZENGRAB REVIEW CLIENT

The ZenGrab Review software is used by the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite for the playback and review of video evidence of possible contraventions. It allows operators to make an informed decision on whether a contravention has taken place or not.

Video evidence clips gathered by the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite are indexed and presented for operator review in chronological order. A traffic light style colour coding system helps operators prioritise their work load. New clips are colour coded green. As time passes and the clips remain in the work queue their colour coding will change to amber and then to red as the issue date approaches. Supervisors can also allocate work to individual operators or indicate which operators are on holiday for example and should not be allocated work.

Video clips can be viewed with granular video control for forward/back/pause, and still image grab. Whilst replaying the clip, operators can select the most appropriate images to be transferred on to the PCN. A feature of the still image grab is Privacy Masking, a function that allows operators to pixilate the identities on non-related persons in the PCN images. Operators can also add additional information to the evidence pack such as the vehicle make, model, colour and VRM details.
