Matt has over 20 years experience as a software developer. He has worked with various local authorities in both consultancy and contractual capacities over the last 16 years and is the chief technical architect of the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite.

Noel Frost, Commercial Director
Noel has been working in the traffic enforcement industry for many years. His in-depth understanding of the industry provides Zenco with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. Noel also heads up the specialist traffic and parking enforcement consultancy Cognetix.

Adrian G Ford, Sales Director
Adrian has been working in the security and traffic survailance industries for over 20 years. His design engineering background helps Zenco to better understand our clients requirements and subsequently enables us to tailor our solutions to their enforcement needs. Ade has overall responsibility for key partner relationships and business development worldwide.

Steve Hatton, Operations Director
Steve is responsible for coordination of all Operations activities and all aspects of technology hardware acquisition and development. Steve’s vast experience in the field of CCTV consultancy for many local authorities in the UK provides Zenco with an unrivaled knowledge base.
