  1. Q: Does the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite have VCA Approved Devices Certification?

    A: Yes, all of our enforcement systems have and will received Approved Devices Certification following installation. Zenco hold Manufacturers Approval for our LaneWatch unattended enforcement system which means no further approval process is necessary for its use.
     
  2. Q: Can Zenco provide a Technical Construction Files?

    A: Yes, where necessary we can provide this service.
     
  3. Q: Do Zenco provide maintenance and support of their products?

    A: Yes, Zenco provide a fully comprehensive support package with every system installed.
     
  4. Q: Is there a limit to the number of ZenGrab LaneWatch cameras that can be added on to the ZenGrab enforcement solution?

    A: No, you can add as many as you like as long as the system hardware capacity is scaled proportionally.
     
  5. Q: Can Zenco Systems provide the server and workstation hardware?

    A: We do not normally do this as it is provided by the end-user. However, we do provide a hosted server service for unattended systems.
     
  6. Q: When using the ZenGrab solution, can motorists that receive a PCN through the post see the evidence online?

    A: Yes, we provide a web service called ZenGrab WebView that allows the viewing of evidence over the internet.
     
  7. Q: Can Zenco provide a demonstration of the their digital enforcement systems?

    A: Yes, we have a number of customer sites that would be please to demonstrate their ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Solution to potential purchasers. We also provide free trials of our ZenGrab LaneWatch unattended enforcement solution for evaluation purposes.
