ZENGRAB ARCHIVE SERVER

The ZenGrab Archive Server software is an electronic evidence library that stores both ‘Working Copy’ and ‘Evidence Copy’ historic contravention video clips and stills for possible future adjudication. The evidence is stored in a secure encrypted state but is instantly available to operators needing to verify contravention details or that need to provide the original unprocessed video clips. 

The ZenGrab Archive Software was specifically designed for use in the parking industry. It provides users of the ZenGrab Attended Digital Enforcement Suite and back-office administration staff, easy access to the original ‘Evidence Copy’ of historic contravention video recordings and/or JPEG still images and associated meta-data. Easy to use, the ZenGrab Archive Software creates an electronic library of contravention clips that replace the traditional video cassette or DVD libraries associated with analogue enforcement solutions. This drastically reduces the administrative effort involved in library management, physical tape storage, and circulation.

Evidence is automatically stored on the Archive Server in an encrypted, secure state and the software includes rules-based deletion of closed PCN evidence.
