About Us

The ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Solution was born out of a successful consultancy project to create a digital traffic enforcement recording and management system by Cognetix Ltd, a leading civil traffic and parking enforcement consultancy.

Zenco Systems was created with the vision of providing a user friendly digital capture, review, management and distribution system of civil traffic and parking contravention evidence.

Zenco Systems work with Local Authorities and major suppliers to local authorities to provide best value through the use of innovative technology. Our products are proven in the field and we continue to invest in providing new technologies and methodologies to provide our customers with easy to integrate solutions to parking and traffic contravention enforcement.

In 2007, with the support of Nottingham City Council, the Zengrab Enforcement Suite became the first all digital end-to-end Contravention Enforcement System to be approved by the Department for Transport.

To date, the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite has been adopted by numerous Local Authorities inside and outside of the London Boroughs. With the introduction of our Attended and Unattended Wireless capture cameras, our total solution offering and full system support packages are keeping Zenco Systems at the forefront of contravention technology.
